(Carrier Oil  = ½ cup Castor Oil (preferably cold pressed and cold processed)
DoTerra Essential Oils
10 drops Black Pepper
10 drops Lavender essential oil
12 drops Deep Blue essential oil
10 drops Serenity essential oil
10 drops Peppermint essential oil
5 drops Purify essential oil (Optional)
10 drops Rosemary essential oil
10 drops Balance essential oil

Massage into your legs, shoulders and back for about 15-20 minutes. As an essential oil advocate, I created a massage oil to use after training walks and during the event to help keep my muscles ready for the next day. Essential oils are terrific for complimenting normal body functions, so it is important to do everything else right, such as the stretching and keeping the muscles warm, as well as staying properly hydrated and eating well.
