How to Prepare for a Massage at Truly Massage
To prepare for your massage, please put your cell phone on vibrate, but for more focus, it should be on silent or off.
On the day of your appointment, eat a light meal at least an hour before your session. You don’t want to be too full or too empty when you receive your massage. Shower and dress comfortably. If this is your first visit, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time to fill out some light paperwork and to discuss any questions or concerns you may have regarding your massage. If you are a repeat client, you should arrive no more than 10 minutes early to your appointment.
Your Massage Therapist will come to collect you for your massage, and speak to you about areas you would like to focus on, as well as areas you would like to avoid. Your Massage Therapist will bring you to the room where you will be worked on, and then step out. You will then undress to your comfort level and either be face up for face down, pending on what you and your Massage Therapist decide.
During the massage, your Massage Therapist will communicate with you in regards to your comfort level with the intensity of the pressure. Your massage may be strong, but it should never be painful. You will have a more positive massage experience when you communicate with your Massage Therapist.
Privacy - During treatments, your body will be draped with sheets or towels to ensure your privacy.
Male and Female Clientele Accepted.
