Your time is important, and Truly is committed to offering all guests exceptional service. According to the San Bruno Municipal Code 5.44.070 MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENT AND OFF-PREMISE OPERATING REQUIREMENTS. ( http://qcode.us/codes/sanbruno/ ) , (f) Every massage establishment and off-premise massage service shall keep a written record of the date and hour of each service provided; the name and address of each patron and the service received; and the name of the Massage Practitioner administering the service. Not doing so will result in refusal of service AND full payment requested service.
