
Cancellation Policy:
To avoid being charged for a late cancellation or no-show, please let Truly Massage know 24 hrs hours prior to your appointment time if you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment.
We understand.
Life happens. We understand that unexpected circumstances can get in the way of your appointment. We reserve your appointment time just for you. As a small business, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hour notice BY EMAIL, for any cancellations or rescheduling. However, if we are not given at least 24 hour notice of your cancellation, nor are able to rebook your scheduled service time, we will charge the card on file $25.
LATE ARRIVAL
To get the most from your service, it is important to show up 5-10 minutes early to settle in. If you are a new client, please come in 15-20 minutes before your scheduled appointment to fill out some light paperwork and to discuss any questions or concerns you might have.
NO CALL / NO SHOW
As a small business, we value your time and hope that you value ours.
We ask that should unexpected circumstances occur and you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, that you notify us by close of that business day BY EMAIL.
If no contact is made, we will deem the service a "No Call / No Show".
In the event of a "No Call / No Show", we will charge the card on file 100% of the full cost of your session, or the forfeiture of a gift certificate.
This is to ensure that in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, we will be able to collect the fees associated with our cancellation policy.

If this is not your first appointment with Truly, please arrive no more than 10 minutes earlier than your appointment so that we can discuss any changes in your body since your last appointment. Your time is important, and Truly is committed to offering all guests exceptional service. If you arrive late for your appointment, Truly may have to customize your massage to fit the allotted time or reschedule your appointment.
- - If you are late to your session, we will do our best to accommodate the time remaining of your scheduled appointment without penalizing the following client.
